Lunchtime in Chinatown
This shot was taken on Spadina Avenue in the heart of the original Chinatown here in downtown Toronto. This particular restaurant has a large window in front of the kitchen where a crew of chefs prepare the meals. As usual on any day especially a Saturday or Sunday, during lunchtime the activity is frenetic as they rush to prepare the various dishes. I often watch as they work looking for photo opportunities, and grabbed this shot.
Converted to black and white in Photoshop.

Re: Lunchtime in Chinatown
I like the attempt and the composition. I feel it would be stronger with less softness on the face of the leading character, and it looks a little dark to me.... maybe it's my monitor.
