    Another take on snow storms

Following on from my first look at a snow storm, here another one.

The sea was wild. The wind was howling. It was very cold.

Your comments and assessment of the image will always be welcome.

Awesome image, Donald. Maybe one of my favorites of your work. Perhaps I'm biased having an affinity for the sea all my life. I like the power shown in the surf with the wind blown spray. And it is fitting that the foreboding sky dominates the frame since the sky is the source of weather/storms. Really nicely done.

What a powerful image. When viewing full screen I feel like I am about to be swallowed up by that storm. Nicely done.

Very powerful and unusual photo. The surf I'm used to seeing always has the wind coming with it. Took me a minute to realize the tops of the waves were getting blown back.
Salt spray keeps me from taking these sort of photos.

    Thank you all.

The interesting thing for me, is how small the wave looks. At the time, the waves were so much bigger than this, I thought. Maybe because there is nothing in the frame that allows scale to be judged it looks small, I'm not sure. But, I think it has drama anyway, and that's what I wanted.

Yes, Art. Right up there on the north coast of Scotland, it is always windy, just that some days it's windier than others. This was a fair old storm.
