I cant make my mind up whether the metal bar in the base of the shot is better included or not? It nicely takes the eye out to the character with the barrow, but could the picture do without it and would the base of the concrete lamp post be better coming out of the bottom left hand corner of the picture? I don't know?

As ever you have created a picture that has to be carefully considered for all options, as you have no doubt done in creating it in the first place.
