    Randi - Bodyscape

    Continuing to push the boundaries with bodyscapes. Here a nude is photographed so that the resulting image looks like a landscape. I have three versions of this shot, with this one being the most conservative. B&W is often used in this photographic genre.

    Baby oil and a gently warmed spray of water are sometimes incorporated into this type of image making, although I did not use that technique with this shot.

    I, too, have no objection to tastefully done nudes. The reason this particular one doesn't work as well for me is that the detail on the skin (what appears to me to be goosebumps and body hair), just make me feel that poor woman is cold! It distracts this viewer from the lovely landscape curves. I think the oil is sometimes used to blend the hair into the skin a bit. Here perhaps a little gaussian blur would appeal to me. But we each have our on aesthetic! I enjoy seeing your experiments.
