New lens test images,

I managed to get out for a short while last weekend,

Took the recently acquired Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L with me just so i could have a play around with it and get accustomed to it,

It is a little strange at first, especially the push/pull zoom, i think that is going to need a little more time to adjust to, but not a major problem,

weight wise it's not to bad, not used it on a tripod or anything yet, just hand held at the moment,

undecided what to get at the moment, monopod or gimbal? for my tripod currently carry it around with shoulder strap attached to tripod collar,

these are my 1st test images with the lens,

The last image was pure fluke and a grab shot as i had not noticed i was being watched, don't know who was more startled,
I think i should have increased my ISO a little, would have helped with the shutter speed,
A little more practice required yet,
