Re: Ducks
Like the bokeh on this.
Clearly the male 'Mallard' (Anas platyrhynchos) is a little camera shy, whilst presumably his female partner is keeping her eye on you. The males always are the more colourful ones; the females and young male ones don't develop the same degree of colourful plumage although they will have a little blue/white usually just visible on their sides, but never the green/blue head. The young males develop the colours usually after the first year.

Re: Ducks
The shots of the ducks is quite good, but you might want to look at your background. While it is soft and out of focus, it is still noticeable. There is a band of light brown at the very top and at a minimum that could go. You could also look at cropping the green grass down to the river itself to see how you like that look.

Re: Ducks
I love the ducks, not so sure about the green band in the background.
Cheers Ole
