Nice image, but underexposed. Look at the histogram; the white point has a value of around 200, rather than somewhere close to 255.

Nicely composed. Yes the processing could use a boost.
We spent a few days in Napier a couple of years ago. Great local produce and had some nice walks. Also spent a little quality time with the local birdies. Not being into architecture the art deco was neither here nor there but it is a pleasant town.
