Jim - the timing of your shot was very good, but the framing, not so much.
In general, a good rule of thumb is to provide space in the direction that the subject is moving into (i.e. in front of the subject), rather than behind the subject. The gap behind the dancer does nothing than add a distraction; cropping that part of the image would strengthen this shot.
I also wonder why you decided to flip this image? The writing is clearly reversed. Flipping an image where it is obvious what has been done generally does not work that well.

Agree about the crop, otherwise nicely captured, didn't notice this flipped image but if you're going to do so I'd suggest darkening the background a bit more.
