    Meteor Shower

There was supposed to be one last night, did any get any captures? I thought I saw it but it would be so brief.

    Re: Meteor Shower

A number of members of my photo club and some of the folks I know from MeetUp were planning to shoot last night. The conditions were good last night (little to no clouds).

I have not seen any images from either group yet, and that is a bit unusual.

I was checking a meteor shower calendar and supposedly the current Lyrids would be visible on April 22-23rd, and another series (Eta Aquarids) will start April 23-May 20th.

    Re: Meteor Shower

I saw an incredible meteor a week ago in New Mexico. It was visible the entire length of the Little Dipper. Unfortunately I was focused on the Milky Way— and it only exists in my memory. But we all have those “photos”.....
