Hibiscus come in many shapes and colors. This particular one is used as a living green fence between us and the really ugly cement 'stop the bullets and bad guys wall'. ISO 100 ~ Shutter Speed 1.3s ~ F/16 ~ Natural Light

Amazing detail on the bloom when viewed full size in the light box. I think among the floral photography community it is considered perfectly acceptable to physically tweak things here and there to clean up the BG, remove dead leaves, etc. In a case like this slightly re-positioning leaves/branches might help cover up some of the bright spots created by the branches and wall in the BG. Overall very nicely done.

I do some clean up and repositioning but it is not a skill set that I have really intentionally developed. Perhaps now is a good time.
