    I always think Weevils make good subjects. Difficult to identify though.

    You got some nice details on both shots Les.

    To deal with specular highlights, I often use a shoot tru umbrella in the field. This diffuses the light and can also block a slight breeze.

    Shot nr 2: I would be tempted to crop a bit tighter. YMMV.

    Thanks guys i do have a diffuser, for some reason just did'nt use it
