    Beautiful; i feel the bright green part can distract eye straight down from the object of interest; so my feeling is to trim out the part below the dark green border

    Those are pretty birds. All terns are for that matter. So delicate looking but with attitude. That channel marker must have had a light on it at one time to have that steel like that. Whatever it is looks like his majesty appreciates the little bit of additional height from which to view his realm. Speaking of which, I think I get what you were doing with the choice of crop/format. But similar to the others' comments I'm not sure that it works all that well. On the other hand I don't really have any constructive suggestions

    Nice but looks a bit elongated, did you crop or resize without constraints?

    Nope. Always careful to hold the shift key when resizing but in this one, only did a standard 8x10 crop. These guys look like they're moving at 100mph when standing still.
