    Old Truck

I took a ride through rural Minnesota today and caught these photos of this old truck.

I've been working my tail off and have not had any time for R&R. Friday it is home to Wyoming. I don't have anything specific plan. Hopefully the ranchers will take advantage of the higher than average snowpack and start irrigating early. That will bring the rivers down to fishable levels. More to follow.

I prefer your monochrome in for this instance. Somehow is just seems to suit the era of the truck quite nicely. You loose the rust colour, but I don't find that has a great impact on the image. I would probably like to see a touch more space on the camera right side though.

Thanks for the kind coments. I would like to take a black & white shot of this truck with a ND filter and long exposure to blur the clouds. That's next.

I like old vehicles and good shots of them. I'm with Manfred on the monotone.

One possible adjustment; I wonder if you could clone out the tree that appears to be growing out of the top of the cab . . . or possibly shoot from a different angle.

Good luck, and look forward to your next series of shots of the classy old rig.
