    Great composition, Chris. Showing both side and front views and the beaks close but not overlapping make this a interesting image. Nicely cropped too with lovely DOF and context in terms of the wood.

    There were three juveniles in the area but too spread out to get all three in one shot. The one to the left was the most active, thus I believe he was the first out of the egg. We missed these guys last year but this year, while across from their old digs, there were three and not just two as before. I bet I shot two hundred frames as they walked about and attempted to hunt. Thanks for the kind comments.
