Studio: Close-up Cicada Exoskeleton: Realized it was trash here's #2 as well

A single incandescent lamp plus natural light. The exoskeleton was placed on a white saucer which was placed within a 'carnival glass bowl'. Lots of adjusting for lighting and angle.

    ISO 100 ~ Shutter Speed twenty s. ~ F/16

    A well spent morning!

Once i posted this shot I realized it was trash. Went back and re-worked from stem to stern

It's not everyday that you see such a title, Brian 😍 However, if I was to be hyper-critical then the ghosting on the upper right of this creature bothers me (though I may sleep tonight).

Nor is it every day I post a shot and instantly realize that it's trash. Here's the new and improved version.

It's getting there but my studio work is still weak.
