As you can see you can select an image from anywhere. If you select the image with exif you showed before than you might get that same image with exif.

When you upload an image to Flickr or Google, several examples of that image are stored. In my Flickr page tat are 11, all different formats. But only ONE has the exif, that's the original.

Look at the adress of the image. The o stands for original. The h for a specific size

I do see what you mean but it is Blogger that strips out the exif. Both shots started out with it. Only the Word Press one kept it. I do not upload to G+ and then transfer to Blogger. I upload directly to Blogger. Then the shot gets saved in various places. Which I'm not too happy with. Blogger G+ also puts their own pp onto my shot and I really don't appreciate that at all.
