    A bit of "social commentary"

Bow/Edison. A really cool little area of wonderful places to eat, drink, etc. in the middle of Skagit Valley farmland.

Looks a bit worse for wear. I wonder if the opinion was posted before or after the decline? From running my own business; opinions on subjects some people hold firm positions on are usually best kept to oneself. Especially in small towns where the client base is small to begin with. Unfortunate but a fact of life.

The buildings are all very historic and the area is actually thriving. Big tourist draw and just at the other end is best bread bakery yum. The little town is very much in tune to a good chunk of the pacific northweat, at least the western side

    Thanks for your comments.

I don't get the message. The only thing I can make out of it is the announcement of an ice saloon.

I had to zoom in to fully see the message, it is pretty straightforward, I think the bold letters could've been used as hidden code or message but this is the author's issue not yours. Nicely seen and captured although a bit small, I like that you included the environ where the sign was posted.

    Thanks John.
Tinypic shrunk it more than anticipated as the message is readable in its original 🙃

    Sharon,

I did read the message but I can see no context with the house or the title. That figure is how we draw a snowman. And climate change means an increase in temperature. It's a good image nevertheless.

I think in this particular scene frosty appears to be shedding/melting 🙃
