Nice portrait, but I miss the eye, which is often the focal point for such portraits. Nice composition, keeping him/her slightly off center and facing into space to move into.

The eye is there when viewed with the Lightbox view. Black eyes in a black head are always a problem.
Maybe cropped fractionally tight, unless unwanted things had to be excluded? Otherwise, this looks fine to me.
