    What's the "story" you're trying to tell? As is, I'm not getting anything from your image except the horses's rump . . .

    Sorry Jim, interesting intent, but the image is not working all that well for me.

    There are too many bits and pieces of gear, horse and human and the pieces are not fitting together. I think the idea can work, but you would have to do a lot of simplification. For instance, just the hands that are prominently displayed on the horse's back.
