Good strong image, Jim. I like the way that the clouds complement the colours in the buildings. Often the perspective distortion one gets when pointing up has a negative impact on the image, but that is not the case here; the lines and angles all pull together quite nicely.
The only thing I might suggest changing is the amount of space above the building to the top of the frame. I suspect if you crop that back quite hard, the image will be even stronger.

Nice image, Jim. The light looks a little flat to me though, even for Melbourne. I wonder if a bit of contrast on the building might lift the whole image.
