After Cooking Lamb Chops...

As the saying goes, you don't "take" a photo, you "make" a photo. This is the fat that collected in the gill pan while cooking lamb chops. I filled the frame with one out of focus shot, and then took another properly focused shot and blended the two in PS to knock out the shiny foil background (the white spots are the foil lining poking through the fat.) C&C welcome
