Have not actually seen one, but have good reports about them. I did ring them last year (they are in Wales) and they seemed a very helpful bunch. http://www.formatt.co.uk/default.aspxGive them a call if you have any questions.
I use the Cokin Z-Pro holder for 100mm slide filters. I use it on my Tokina 11-16. It does vignette slightly at 11mm, but not above that.
