Wow. Talk about memory lane. I used to fish on boats like that. The spool at top of frame is the reel on a bottom fishing rig that we used to call a "one armed bandit" or just bandit for short. I spent a lot of hours standing beside one of those fingering the wire line for the slightest feel of a fish mouthing a bait. Thanks for posting.

Yes. Just happened that the boat so named also struck a chord with me as explained. So without even knowing it at the time you got a twofer
