The colour change to fire engine red is about half way completed. The flower sans stem is about 12" tall. Below is the first shot in the series.

The three Wild Beehive Ginger plants show how the change to fire engine red from honey yellow moves from bottom to top. At this point the original plant, not including the stem is 12 inches tall.
