Surrounded by light
A friend of mine just got back from a visit to Da Nang, Vietnam. He wanted me to process some of his images since he is still on a steep photography learning curve. When I saw this one, I immediately fell in love with it. The composition, IMO, is excellent and the expression on the woman's face fits the scene.

It is a nice shot but, I did not notice the woman until you mentioned her. Perhaps a slightly closer crop might bring more attention to the woman.

+1 to Richard's comment. The woman is well hidden and in fact too well hidden.
A different shooting position and fewer balloons would have been worth considering while shooting this scene. Regardless, it is a nice image.

+1 to Richards comments. If not then from the point of view of sheer aesthetics (as opposed to an accurate record), you might consider losing the sign at the top. It pulls the eye away from the woman a bit.

Re: Surrounded by light
I'd be interested in what the shooter intended.
I would not take issue with Richard and Manfreds' comment about the woman in the shot, particularly given the title, but I think if it had been my capture I would have composed it similarly and not wanted her to be a dominant factor in the image. 'Finding her' explains the title chosen.
More importantly from my point of view, I would consider reducing the impact of the signage at the top of the image which I find distracts from the overall harmony of the composition.
All that said, it is a very pleasant image I would have been very happy to get!
