Hi from Australia
Hi, my name is Rose, I'm a retired healthcare professional, living in rural Australia, now with plenty of time to indulge my life-long love of photography. I particularly enjoy street, sea & landscape, nature, macro and black & white photography. I have always used Nikon equipment, film and now digital cameras: I recently upgraded to the full-frame D750. Am on a steep learning curve with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, having recently joined my local camera club. Looking forward to sharing and seeing photos.

Hello Rose
Welcome to a great place to be. Like you, both the long suffering Mrs Ucci , being married to me, and myself are retired health care professionals living in rural Victoria. So you have more than a love of photography in common with Mrs. Ucci. Me? I am just plain old dirt common. Or so they tell me.

Hi there Mr Ucci (or should I call you Ken?). Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I do love my photography, 😜. My husband desperately tries to steer me away from camera shops....to no avail. And hey, what's with the dirt common thing? You're unique, man!

Hi Rose...
Welcome to CiC with members all over the globe.
Regarding Photoshop and Lightroom, I have found the following quite informative and helpful...

and...

Tony and Chelsea Northrup also have a Kindle editon book available for ten U.S.. Dollars. The book is pretty good and also has links to their YouTube videos. These videos are usually free anyway.

Hi Rose
Ken is just fine. But most just call me ' Hey You, what's yer name' I really don't mind what you call me, as long as it is not late for Brekky. This is a good site with very helpful folk who really do know what they are talking about. So go for it and post!
