    Wolf pups at play

A shot that was on my "to do" list with a couple of wolf pups playing. This one stood out because of the eye contact it made with the camera.

Charming. The eye contact really lifts the image.

Nicely caught Manfred. They look cuddly but that won't last long.

Nicely done Manfred. You have really "captured the moment". I love wolves

I have seen wolf pups at play in the wild, in the Lamar Valley in Yellowstone at dusk. They were however hundreds of yards away on the other side of the Valley and even with the spotting scopes that the regulars were using were too small to see in detail. Still a very magical experience though.
