Well the tree was a good excuse to capture the beautiful colors. I like the contrast between the warm colors on the ground and the cool colors in the sky. The shape of the tree itself seems a bit too random to be very photogenic. But to my eye the tree doesn't make or break it.

I quite like the subject. Did you consider a tighter crop on the lone tree to emphasize the tree? And I agree abut cropping out the tree bits lower left
