Me and Betty Boop
I am a fan of Betty Boop and when I spotted this gentleman staring at a wall, I naturally thought it was the lovely Betty Boop he was admiring. C&C most welcome.

Re: Me and Betty Boop
Great idea, but I find that the shot is not working for two reasons.
1. The large, bright piece of plywood standing where it is draws the viewer's eye straight to it, rather than the graffiti on the wall. Look at what happens if I darken the board.
2. The person is simply too far away for the graffiti to provide a visual connection for someone viewing this image. The overall busy scene is not helping either. Cropping extraneous material (from the top of the image) will help.

+1 to Manfreds comments particularly wrt the plywood however, I guess that with street shots there isn't always a great deal of latitude in respect of composition. Sometimes you have to grab what you can.

Interesting subject, Ole, it would be worth visiting that site occasionally to see if you can catch anyone else admiring it and shoot from a better angle.

The second version works better than the first Ole
I find that street photography can be quite challenging because it is tough to get a strong image and only a few percent of the ones I shoot end up being "keepers".
