Face painting in the form of a stylized skull is one way that The Day of the Dead, El Dia De Los Muertos, is celebrated in the Hispanic community. I photographed this lovely young lady at the Escondido, California El Dia De Los Muertos Fiesta on October First this year!
A6500 with 50mm f/1.8 OSS lens, ISO 640, f/1.8 at 1/100 second
I will be shooting at the far larger celebration in San Diego's "Old Town" this weekend...
