Topaz Not Being Honest IMO

This is what I sent to Topaz after email:- Hi, Recently trialed Topaz A I Gigapixel and today received an email as follows 'We noticed you trialed A.I. Gigapixel and we'd love for you to keep using the amazing features that A.I. Gigapixel has to offer. For a limited time, we're offering you a special 15% discount on A.I. Gigapixel ' Now way back in August pluginpixels had a 15% discount code on there site if you just bought it without trialing it so how please are Topaz offering me a 15% discount for a limited time because I tried the software?. Not really being honest on Topaz part IMO. Thankyou. Russ.

Frankly Russell, this looks like it was probably a mass mailing to anyone who signed up and tried the software, rather than an email specifically targeting you. They likely have no idea that you had a discount code from pluginpixels.

I really don't understand why you feel this company is being dishonest with you. It looks like they are trying to drum up a bit more business for their product.

Hi, Because I felt they are saying this is a special offer to those who tried when as I pointed out in the OP I could have used the pluginpixels code without trying the product although now as I understand the pluginpixels code is/was an affiliate discount.

They are probably offering an initial 15% discount through a variety of channels. Not an unusual strategy. Doesn't seem dishonest to me; they didn't say they were only offering this to people who had tried it out. They seem to be saying only that because you tried it, you might be interested in buying it.
