Ah yes, I've had one of these 'growths' once or twice, they don't last long, a few hours at most.
I believe the latin name is "feline planterus"
Nice capture; the domestic variety are known to leap at you and rub around your legs once they know you're standing there. I've never caught one of mine on camera before
Oh and keep taking the tablet!
A few days ago my 8 1/2 year old #2 daughter came in to the lounge in a rather scared state ...
"there's something moving in my bedroom"
I go with her into her room - and sure enough there's strange movement in her bed, under the blankets - pull them back (as she watches from outside the room) - as I'm sure you can guess, 1x family cat all cosy & warm, wondering what all the fuss is about!
Ha, yea ive had that happen before too
um, im affraid "Oh and keep taking the <b>tablet!"</b>
doesnt mean much too me, what do you mean?
Sorry, my bizarre sense of humour strikes again; it was an oblique cross reference to the other thread where you'd just been extolling the virtues of your big new tablet and how useful it is.
In the UK, people of my age are used to hearing the doctor saying 'keep taking the tablets and come back and see me in a week if it hasn't cleared up' when they want to get rid of you.
This is not an admission from a hypercondriac (although we all have our moments ), it's in common use, honest!
Happy New Year, Dave
