Very nice detailed shot! I find my eyes wandering toward the out of focus droplets in the background a bit, though. However, the sharpness and colours for this capture are gorgeous and complimenting each other very nicely.
Water droplets on plant portraits is a matter of personal taste. Some people will spray a dry flower with water to produce them; but I usually wipe plants dry before photographing the scene.
For me it generally depends on what the subject of the photograph is. With a close-up such as this, when they're not the subject but still obviously there, they form a distraction. But when the droplets actually add something to the scene or are the subject, then I'm all for them. I use them from time to time as well.
