Chris, welcome back. I just moved from the Twin Cities last week. I had been splitting time between there and Sheridan, Wyoming. January 4 was my last day of work and I am now in Wyoming full time. I have a Sony A7ii. I have the Vario Tessar 24-70mm f/4 and my kids bought me the Sonnar 35mm f/2.8 for my birthday. I use that lens most of the time. Your 55mm f/1.8 is a stud of a lens.
I've dealt with West Photo since I took up the hobby 5 years ago. Good bunch of people.
