The structural engineer must have had an interesting time on this project!
I think so too. But not always in harmony. He builded 3 bridges in Holland in a polder. Very prestigious. Quite soon there was a problem with rust. The constructor had been warning for this. One bridge is 120 meter long going across a canal of 19 meter. Also a responsibility of the principal.
