Can someone explain to me how to do this step by step? I've tried watching u Tube, but it either too fast, or I get bombarded with uncessary loud overkill music which puts me right off. I have aspbergers and I find it a bit overwhelming.
Thanks.

Thanks that's helpful. I have six short photo files to burn. How do I add them all onto one disc, as I don't just want to add one folder? Thanks.
Hi Louise,
Step 2, there should be an interface that looks like Windows Explorer and an "import" button where you either select each file individually or as a group. Is the problem you are having is that the six files are in different locations on your drive? If so, the "import" function will allow you to pull in each from their separate location and place them in a temporary folder, after the files are burned most programs will ask if you want to keep the temporary folder for future burns or it will discard the temporary folder.
The files are in the same folder, just seperate files
I'm really stuck with Nero platinum 2018 at the moment. I've tried importing all the files, but I keep getting a message saying
Unable to insert C:\Users\Louise Topp\Videos\Babbacoomb village.nvc.
How can I sort this please?
Otherwise, i might have to reload the photo files and use Ashampoo.
Windows 10Which operating system do you have
Installed, but not used yet. Except to add photos to a timelineis this a new installation of the software
I haven't used the burning system yethas it ever worked
No full programme brought from Currys/PC Worldwas this a trial version?
My dads dvd player shows the first photo but won't show the rest.
If the other program works I would just go ahead and use that. For the Nero program, could you send a screen shot of the interface you are using, if you've installed the suite you might be using the wrong program.
Does anyone on here use AShampoo?
Louise,
google: burn photos to cd win 10
and the rest should be plain sailing for you!
ps you don't need to be in Nero or Ashampoo or any other programme, only Windows Explorer, or whatever it is called nowadays!
In the past I have used an earlier version of Nero which I found to be very complicated. I also struggled with the rather basic Microsoft Windows Burner. So you aren't alone with having problems, Louise.
I did have an earlier version of Ashampoo which worked OK for me. Now, I use the free version of Burn Aware. I have found it to be simple to use in the basic form and it has more complex options if such requirements ever occur.

Thanks for your replies.
Like Geoff has said I struggled with the Windows burner which kept erroring all the time. I'll save burnaware and see what it's like. So Ashampoo was ok?If you've win10 you can burn directly from the os.
If i was to burn some photo's onto a disk, what tab in Ashampoo do I choose please?
Is it disk image? I'm not too sure I hope you didn't mind me asking?
quick tutorial.
