Helpful Posts: Skylar, a Maltese - Yorkie mix, was surrendered to us last week. The lady who had purchased her did so without discussing it with her live-in partner. Since the owner's job entails lots of travel, she expected her partner to care for the puppy while she was away. The partner refused and we ended up with this exceptionally cute little puppy. She was adopted within a couple of days since we already had a pre-approved adopter waiting for a dog like her...
