There are a couple of small white spots, possibly snowflakes, on the back of the left hand animal which I would clone out; otherwise, an excellent double portrait.

Nice shot, good composition. As far as the suggestion about removing the white spots, could very well be snow ( possible doe brushed up against branch and snow fell on to her back). I would leave it just the way it is.
