Nice casual portrait Javier. Highlights on her forehead and cheek seem a bit hot to me. I wonder if a crop from the bottom of frame up to just below her left forearm might put more attention on her face while removing the light grass and the light spot on the tree trunk.

Overall, I like what you have done here. The location and pose are nice. The lighting is challenging.

In my view there are a few issues with the light. The one that strikes me right away is that the skin has a bit of a green colour cast. This is quite common in situations where the model is under a tree and the light that filters through takes on a bit of a green colour. While I like a slight warm tone in my portraits, this is just a bit too warm for my taste.

The second issue is a product of where the light is coming from. Your model is back-lit, which generally means softness from veiling flare and very flat lighting with the model's face being in shadow. The is a shot where some additional light via a reflector or fill flash would work well. As it is, dodging and / or reducing the shadow detail on the face would help. The hot spot on the forehead can be fixed by cloning.
