Nice image with a few small defects:
1. Your subject is a person, not a plastic doll. Her face looks over-processed. Skin has texture so unless we see some, the image tends to look "wrong". Cut that back and you will get a far stronger image.
2. You are too close to the edge on the left hand side. Open that up a bit more as it is a bit of a distraction.
3. Placing her navel piercing so close to the bottom edge adds a distraction there.
