The Door As An Artist's Palette

I spotted this door on one of my walks. I loved the colours and cracks. C&C welcome

    Hi Olé,

Needs a much bigger uploaded image. A large amount of detail, hard to see or going unnoticed...

I uploaded via Flickr. Maybe the default is 72 dpi

I must have done something wrong. The last few times when uploaded to Flickr it is at 72dpi instead of my usual 240dpi. What is going wrong?

A very interesting image. I might consider cropping off the bit of transom at the top of the door. It draws the eye.

    Still not good.
The dpi is of no interest for images, only in relation with the output device. You uploaded the image to Flickr with a dimension of 500x333. That should be bigger. The picture is asking for it. Try something as 1600 for the longest side in your editor and forget about the dpi.
