My guess would be Salticus scenicus from what I can see of that Jumping Spider. They often occur close to houses and I found my first one of the year on a sunny wall of my house yesterday.

Is the bumblebee a Tree Bumblebee - Bombus hypnorum? It is still a bit early for them but I have been seeing a few in my garden over the past couple of weeks.
