Helpful Posts: The city of Sucre, Bolivia has uniformed traffic control officers to direct traffic and help people cross the street during morning and noon rush hours.
These people are civil servants on the city payroll. Apparently they usually dress up as zebras, but this one was in a dinosaur costume. It was nice to see that the officer had time to give a little girl, who was crossing a very busy street, a hug.
