The Uyuni Salt Flats (Salar de Uyuni) are the worlds largest salt flats at some 10 500 sq km / 4,100 sq km. Some 50% - 70% of the world's lithium can be found here.

The truck is carrying the salt from one of several small scale salt collection operations.
