Christmas Heart

Worked on the lighting to this one for hours yesterday and i have to say I'm pretty proud

I had to make my own light box type thing out of a couple of old posters because the surface of the heart is so reflective that everything around it would show in a mirror image on the heart. The only thing i have done in Photoshop is to remove the lens in the reflection on the heart.

The idea at first was to make a wallpaper for a friend but now I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better as a Christmas card, any thoughts on that?

I have them in 4752x3168 if someone is interested, i dont know of any place to upload high res pictures so that is why i used flickr.

And so you should. Although maybe we shouldn't ask what the story is behind the second one. Sounds as it might be quite painful.

It would certainly make a very appropriate electronic Christmas card.
