So did the stroller roll into the middle of the street or did someone leave the child there?

An interesting image. However, I would remove or change your watermark. it is in the most distracting location possible. I assume you want the viewer's eye to go to the stroller; instead, it goes right to the bright white lettering. If you want to watermark, I suggest the lower left or lower right corner. I would also make the watermark dimmer so that it is less distracting.

    +1 to Dan's comment.

Your signature / watermark should NEVER be a compositional element in your image.

    Dan/Manfred,

how would you feel if the watermark was BLACK instead of white?

It doesn’t belong there regardless. In my opinion, it ruins the composition.

I agree 100% with Dan. The watermark is both intrusive and in the wrong place and merely changing the colour will not change how it impacts the image.

If you are trying to prevent theft of your image, don't rely on watermarks. These are easy to remove. The small size you have posted here makes the image useless for anyone interested in stealing it for commercial reasons.

If you do want to sign your image, do so in a way that is not distracting to the work itself.

Not a great job but removing the watermark from this shot took just a couple of minutes.
