Love the shot! However, I think you have enough dynamic range to be able to bring up the brightness of the face a bit. This, of course, is not a suggested cropping...
Or perhaps, I just couldn't see the detail of the original on my monitor...

I got quite a few shots of these monkeys when we were in South Asia as well. You managed to get a nice clean shot here and the pose is great too!
I had one of these try to pick my back pocket when visiting a temple in India. I felt a tug on my back pocket and when I turned around it scampered away in a real hurry. Fortunately for me, it tried an empty pocket...
A bit of dodging and burning would go a long way in pulling out some of the subtleties in the features.

You're right! Thanks for the feedback. As well as the features, it's possible to do more with the fur on the back. Ah well, need to pay more attention!
