My guess would be Harlequin Ladybirds but the spots are different from the 'normal design'.
They both have 'shoulder spots' in the correct place although they are rather small. The second ladybird is totally lacking in rear spots which is a form which I haven't seen before; but they are a rather variable species.

Actually I believe it is the Asian Lady Beetle, based on the M on the head, which is more aggressive than the native varieties.
