Topaz Customer Service *****
Hi, Many times you read here and other forums complaints about this or that so for a change would like to give a heads up and 5 stars to Topaz Labs. I purchased the new Adjust AI before receiving the email to say I was entitled to the upgrade for free, after emailing Topaz to advise of my mistake they refuded within 12 hours. Thankyou Topaz. Russ.

It's good to hear of excellent customer service and rather rare nowadays. I don't use Topaz but in a similar vein I find that Fotospeed UK (ink, paper, printers) are also at the top of their game regarding customer service.

Russell - you are lucky as I had the opposite experience with Topaz Labs Studio. I had problems with it and contacted the company a number of times and was promised a full refund of the purchase price. That never happened and I gave up bothering them after they stopped responding.
