It is a nicely exposed image with good detail: sharp and soft at the same time!
The two bottom corners are a bit distracting but a simple crop would disturb the look and balance of the main subject.

Love those sleepy eyes. I agree with David's critique regarding the corners. However, maybe cropping would be the way to get around this. Perhaps, cloning might be a solution.

I really like the colour and texture. I don't much like cats, but I can see why people do like them. I agree with the reservations others have about the slightly intrusive bottom corners, yet a crop would lose too much. I would find it a challenge to get rid of the distractions. Maybe Spot would pose for another shot, minus the intrusions.
